Due to the company’s continued growth and expansion an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator .
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Scheduling & Planning Manager, you will be carrying out various administrative tasks across the business.
The tasks will be as follows:
Projects Team
– Order input via various Fibron systems
– Update system folder tracker
– Documents control
– Aftersales administrative support (timesheets, client purchase order chasing, updating hours and expenses etc)
Manufacturing Team
– Printing and scanning worksheets
Procurement Team
– Hours input
– Purchase orders/Shopfloor order closing
– Invoice processing
– Updating production sheets
Test and Termination Team
– Data entry for Test & Termination schedules
REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Experience Required:
• Previous work experience in an office environment
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good computer skills and competent user of Microsoft Office
Preferred – Nice-to-haves:
• Has worked within a manufacturing environment
